S Commands

The WinOne® Command Prompt includes the following commands starting with the letter S :-

SAVEBOX	Display a file and directory selection pop-up window.
SAY	Display a message with out a carriage return - line feed.
SBANNER	Display small horizontal characters.
SCOPY	Safely copies one or more files to another location.
SEED	Randomise the random number generator.
SENDKEYS	Send a number of key strokes to the specified window.
SENDMAIL	Send a text email.
SER2DATE	Convert a serial date value to a date.
SET	Display, set or remove environment variables.
SETFOCUS	Set the keyboard input focus to the specified dialog box or item.
SETINI	Set or delete an initialisation file key value.
SETLOCAL	Set the localisation of environment variables.
SETREG	Set or delete a System Registry value.
SETTEXT	Set the caption of a dialog box or the text for a dialog box item.
SHELL	Set the Windows default start up shell or program list.
SHIFT	Change the position of replaceable parameters in a batch file.
SLEEP	Do nothing for a time.
SMOVE	Safely moves one or more files to another location.
SPLIT	Split a file into two files.
START	Start a program and return the command prompt immediately.
STOP	Stop processing a batch file and return to previous batch file.
STRFIND	Find the first occurrence of a string within the specified text.
STRFOLD	Normalize or fold a Unicode string as specified.
STRPAD	Pad a text string with space characters.
STRREP	Replace all occurrences of a string within text with another string.
STRREV	Reverse all the characters in a text string.
STRRFIND	Find the last occurrence of a string within the specified text.
STRSIZE	Determine the length of a string.
STRSPLIT	Split a string at the specified position.
STRTRIM	Remove leading and trailing space characters from a text string.
SUBSTR	Extract a section of text from a text string.
